Key Responsibilities

Participate in structured learning through instructor-led sessions and job shadowing

Gradually take ownership of indemnity claims under supervision, applying training to real-world scenarios

Engage in professional communication with clients and stakeholders to support claims handling

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred

Proven experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

Computer literacy, including familiarity with M365 products

Ability to adapt to changes in procedures and technology
