Customer Liaison Appointment Setter
The Customer Liaison Appointment Setter serves as an intermediary between sales representatives and customers. They are responsible for initiating and receiving calls with customers to schedule appointments for them to meet with sales representatives. This position involves becoming well-versed in the key aspects of our products and services, contacting potential clients from a provided list of phone numbers, handling incoming calls from potential clients, and addressing fundamental inquiries and issues related to the products and services we provide.

Essential duties, functions, and core accountabilities include:
- Scheduling meetings between prospective clients and sales representatives
- Keeping a detailed log of calls including those that are not answered
- Attempting to contact prospective clients whom they have been unable to contact
- Informing the manager of recurrent product related complaints that warrant addressing
- Following up with various communication outlets; emails, chats, and phone calls
- Providing general administrative support to the sales team
- Accurately documenting all communication in CRM
- Attending sales team meetings and training sessions as directed by management
- Following up with leads converting them to appointments
- Other duties as assigned
Physical demands and working conditions include:
- Work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment or travels via vehicle
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to ambulate, sit, and/or stand in various intervals throughout the work shift
- May occasionally lift and/or carry up to 20 lbs.
- Use of computer, phone, copier, and other office equipment in the course of a day
- While performing the duties of this job, occasionally required to use hand to handle, touch and use tools, reach with hands and arms, bend, stoop, twist, lift, reach, push, pull, grasp, balance, talk, hear, and ambulate during the course of employment
- Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and an ability to adjust focus
- Employee may be required to travel for business purposes
Requirements include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and computer skills, have outstanding listening and attention to detail, excellent phone etiquette, professional and courteous disposition, and persuasive and results-oriented.
- Experience in Solar Energy preferred
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of company and partner information
- Experience in cold calling, cold messaging, or cold emailing
- Have basic entrepreneurial traits, including high-level logical thinking and problem-solving.
- Extremely professional on the phone and via text. Fast and accurate type. Can spell very well and learn "our brand and voice" quickly.
- Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to excel at details, multi-tasking, and working under pressure
- Must be able to pass a background, credit check, and drug screen
