Offered salary is dependent upon experience and San Francisco location.

SUMMARY
Support the Creative Director and Design team with forward-thinking print and digital design that amplifies the Ole Henriksen and Lip Lab brand experiences.
Partnering in planning, managing, and delivering strategic brand assets from concept through execution.

Support the Ole Henriksen and Lip Lab Design team by providing creative solutions that meet business objectivesCreate design assets for digital marketing needsDesign print and digital assets, with a strong emphasis on ecommerce, social media and digital advertisingDeliver design projects on time and within budget with the highest standards of qualityDemonstrate a solid understanding of typography, print and digital design, visual merchandising, video, and photography; ensure all deliverables adhere to brand standardsPresent assigned projects to cross-functional teams for feedback and final approvalSupport small to medium-scale photoshootsRoutinely collaborate with Brand Management, Marketing, Project Management, and Content Marketing teamsDesign elevated creative assets under a strict and fast-paced timelineMaintain and advance the Ole Henriksen and Lip Lab creative visionREQUIREMENTS
College degree : BA or BFA preferred or equivalent experience5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer for a beauty / fashion retailer or creative agencyProficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and FigmaStrong knowledge of retail print production, typography, grid systems, UI / UX, and responsive design frameworksExceptional written and verbal communication skillsSolid organizational skills, detail-oriented; time management skills, ability to juggle prioritiesStrong relationship-building skills; ability to work with a variety of people in various disciplinesPassion for and understanding of current skincare and beauty trendsAwareness of digital and print design trendsAbility to work in a very fast-paced environment and meet very tight deadlinesDriven to excel and succeed; self-motivatedTeam player that thrives on collaborationMotion graphics, CGI, AI experience a plus
