Surgery - Cardiovascular Physician Assistant

Bon Secours Cardiothoracic Surgery team is interviewing now for Physician Assistant to join team!

Bon Secours Mercy Health Cardiovascular and Thoracic Specialists is interviewing now for a PA to assist in pre-operative, intra-operative care of Cardiovascular & Thoracic patients. Candidate must be proficient in endoscopic vein harvesting. Have experience working in ICU and OR settings. Must have excellent demonstrated patient care follow up skills. Must have excellent communication skills with staff, patients, and family members. Experienced preferred only.

Job Duties :

• Full Time -Monday- Friday 7am to 3 : 30pm
• Call Schedule 1 : 2
• Care for patients in the OR, ICU and Outpatient Clinic
• Special Skills Training : Must be EVH, OR and ICU trained
• Average Patients per day : Outpatient 1-5, Inpatient 5-10
• Patient Age Range : 18 years and older
• Practice Setting : Hospital based & Outpatient
• EMR : EPIC inpatient and outpatient.
• Practice Support : Supervising surgeon, PA and LPN and staff support.
