A company is looking for a Recruiter, LBS.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients to meet staffing needs

Manage the entire recruiting life cycle, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations

Prepare and maintain staffing reports and track key staffing metrics

Required Qualifications

3 or more years of experience in managing the entire recruiting life cycle

3 or more years of healthcare recruiting experience

Strong sourcing experience preferred

Associate degree preferred
