Location : Northport, AL

Shift : Days - 8 : 00a-4 : 30p; M-F

Weekends :   one weekend

Holidays :   as required

Contract Length : 13 weeks

Hours : 40 hours

Compensation :  up to $2,295 / week (40 hours)

EMR :   Meditech

Requirements :

Current AL Physical Therapist License in the State of Alabama or Compact License

Maintains active status with license in good standing with the state board or licensing agency

Preferred along with PT. OT and SLP licenses

BLS (AHA or Red Cross) required

2 years’ experience; however, will consider 18 months of experience, working under the highest level of professional license, and must have 1 year of experience in the field of specialty
