What You'll Do

• Launch & Optimize Campaigns build Meta ad campaigns from scratch and manage Google Search, PMax Shopping, and YouTube campaigns.
• Data-Driven Decision Making analyze ROAS, CTR, CPM, and other KPIs to optimize performance.
• Testing & Experimentation run A / B tests, iterate on creatives, ad copy, and audience targeting.
• Performance Reporting build and maintain reports in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, charts, pivot tables).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration work with creative and marketing teams to gather assets and share recommendations backed by data.
• Client Communication proactively update clients via Slack, email, and video calls with insights and optimization plans.
• Explore New Channels assist in testing emerging platforms and expanding ad strategy.
