Job Description
Pay Rate : $20.28 per hour
- Be able to demonstrate job tasks to new hies so that they will understand the physical requirements as well as quality, safety, and using good manufacturing practices.
- Record new hires's job performance on proficiency sheet.
- Must be able to understand staffing requirements on lines for different product run and adjust staffing and training, in co-ordination with line supervisor.
- Conduct plant tours for applicants.
- Must be able to give new hire orientations.
