AI Architect

A company is looking for an AI Architect to connect product management and customer-facing teams while driving sales growth through AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Articulate and demonstrate the value of Genesys AI capabilities to customers and prospects

Design and prototype innovative AI use cases and solutions that showcase the value of Genesys AI

Support pre-sales activities including technical discovery, solution design, and product demonstrations

Required Qualifications :

Intellectual curiosity and a passion for learning in the rapidly evolving AI field

Hands-on experience with modern AI technologies such as ML, NLU / NLP, and advanced prompt engineering

Proven ability to create and deliver engaging technical demonstrations and presentations

Experience partnering with sales teams to provide AI-focused technical solutions

Strong understanding of Genesys architecture components and their interaction with AI capabilities
