This role will serve as a key business partner to cross-functional teams and regional finance stakeholders, with a strong focus on project P&L analysis, margin forecasting, and financial modeling. Comfortable working across Sales Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain to improve forecast accuracy, margin visibility, and financial processes.**Key Responsibilities:*** Support company-wide project margin forecasting, and rolling forecasts* Develop and maintain detailed project P&L models, ensuring accuracy and consistency* Analyze margin drivers and variances, providing actionable insights to FP&A leadership and business partners* Partner cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Procurement, and Supply Chain to improve project financial visibility* Assist in driving process improvements to streamline forecasting, reporting, and analysis* Support regional finance teams to ensure accurate intercompany reporting and reduce audit risks* Contribute to finance system upgrades and process improvement initiatives* Prepare management reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses for leadership<>**Qualifications:****Education & Experience:*** Masters degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.* 6-10 years of experience supporting Project FP&A, preferably in Solar industry**Skills & Competencies:*** Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills* In depth knowledge of supply chain operations in contract manufacturing* Experience working with operational ERP systems and intercompany processes in a multinational organization* Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and regions* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment* Clear communication skillsNextpower offers a comprehensive benefits package. The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$1550,000.00.
