Controller

A company is looking for a Controller to manage financial reporting and compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards

Lead client compliance efforts, coordinating with external experts on tax and regulatory obligations

Manage and mentor accounting teams, fostering a high-performing and collaborative work environment

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and / or CPA license preferred

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Controller

2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm

Deep accounting experience across multiple industries

Experience in a multi-client environment with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
