Radiology - Radiology RN - Travel Nurse

Job Description

We're looking for Radiology RNs for an immediate travel nurse opening in Chicago, IL. The right RN should have 1-2 years recent acute care experience. Read below for more requirements.\n

\nAs a Radiology RN, you should have experience and skill in caring for patients in a diagnostic environment. Radiology Travel Nurses will work with a diverse team of caregivers to appropriately evaluate and implement diagnostic care using correct procedures and physician instructions.\n

\nAs a Radiology Travel Nurse, you should be prepared to perform the following tasks : \n

• Start or check peripheral IVs, access and assess infusaports, administer medications, monitor vital signs, suction patients, insert foleys, and help patients with their personal needs.

\n

\n

\n

\n \nRadiology Travel Nurses should be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as bend, lean and stoop without difficulty. RNs should be able to easily lift 20 pounds. Moving or lifting of patients may require lifting of up to 50 pounds at times. Radiology RNs may face hazards from exposure to chemicals and infectious diseases.\n\n
