Duration : 08 months contract

Job Description :

  • This role supports supply chain and logistics operations by entering, updating, and tracking data across multiple systems.
  • It is a hands-on, entry-level coordination role requiring strong attention to detail, communication with internal teams, and proficiency with Smartsheet and Excel .
  • No project management experience is required.
  • Warehousing Data Input Management on Smartsheet.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming requests from internal teams via Smartsheet (2530 tickets per day).
  • Enter and update data into a secondary internal system based on request details.
  • Track orders and logistics activity.
  • Gather required information from internal points of contact (POCs).
  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure accuracy of data and timely updates.
  • Perform basic data validation and reconciliation as needed.
  • Support general supply chain workflows as assigned.

    • Top Must-Haves

  • Smartsheet experience
  • Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, formulas; macros are a plus)
  • Background in supply chain or logistics

    • Years of Experience :

  • 13 years in supply chain, logistics, operations support, or similar administrative / coordination roles.
