Loan Review Analyst

Position: Loan Review Analyst

Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

As a Loan Review Analyst, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of loan review processes, with the potential to grow into a managerial role. This position offers the chance to make impactful contributions and eventually hire and manage a team.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Conduct internal loan reviews and audits
• Evaluate asset quality and compliance
• Analyze underwriting accuracy and loan risk ratings
• Identify risks and risk trends
• Review commercial loan files and collateral evaluations
• Improve audit processes and procedures
• Ensure adherence to banking regulations
• Collaborate on process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• Experience in credit or financial analysis with underwriting ability
• Loan review experience required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of commercial lending policies and procedures

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience as a bank examiner or audit professional
• Understanding of UCC, appraisals, and loan documents
• Advanced skills in financial ratios and accounting principles
