We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager for an exciting opportunity within our Construction Division. This role is perfect for a dynamic, passionate, and innovative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, making a significant impact on our business while growing their career.

Responsibilities :

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals. Your major responsibilities will include but are not limited to :

1. Leading the planning and implementation of project

2. Facilitating the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables

3. Defining project tasks and resource requirements

4. Developing full-scale project plans and associated communications documents

5. Assembling and coordinating project staff

6. Managing project budget and resource allocation

7. Planning and scheduling project timelines

8. Tracking project deliverables using appropriate tools

9. Providing direction and support to the project team

10. Constantly monitoring and reporting on the progress of the project to all stakeholders

11. Implementing and managing project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs

12. Project evaluations and assessment of results

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in project management and construction. You will need to have :

1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry

2. Demonstrated experience in personnel management

3. Excellent knowledge of construction material and cost management

4. Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills

5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

6. Proven ability to manage multiple projects / activities in a dynamic fast pace environment

7. Superior communication and presentation skills

8. Proficiency in project management software tools

9. Bachelor's degree in a related field

10. Certification in Project Management is preferred
