Database Administrator - Work from home

Focused on modernization and existing work on Exam team. There is additional work for 2 DBAs which is causing them to open these positions. Today's system they use Postgres RDS hosted in AWS, it is very important a person has relational database experience ideally in Postgres RDS as they're supporting for next few years if not longer. Looking for hands on project experience with at least 1 noSQL database system or product (DocumentDB, DynamoDB, MongoDB) because looking towards the future of modernization efforts, there is a lot more attention being given by architects to use noSQL solutions.

• needs someone to help transition to new architectual visions of the future instead of just mantaining it
• existing solution is using Postgres RDS but noSQL database will help this person to join conversations of architectural solutions of the future
• Responsibilities between 2DBA's and 3 tracks will be figured out so ideally this person will need to be comfortable of managing time between multiple teams. All teams are apart of EXAM program
• leaning towards needing someone who has traditional DBA skills (database monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning) because the existing DBA leans heavily on database design
