Focused surgical scope : Primarily bony impacted third molars under IV sedation

In-house anesthesia protocols and trained surgical assistants

High internal referral volume and pre-screened cases

Patients are predominantly Medicaid , with recently renegotiated OMFS reimbursement rates now nearing traditional PPO fee levels

Compensation & Earnings Potential :
