We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Director to join our leadership team and help us maintain a thriving workplace culture, ensure compliance, and support the ongoing success of our facility.

Position Overview:
The Human Resources Director will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions at the facility, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance with labor laws, and onboarding of new hires. This individual will work closely with the administrator and other leadership team members to create and maintain a positive work environment, fostering a culture of respect, teamwork, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process for staff at all levels.

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

• Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts while promoting a positive work environment.

• Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to staff members.

• Ensure timely and accurate HR recordkeeping, including employee files and compliance documentation.

• Work closely with department heads to address staffing needs and support operational goals.

• Stay current on HR trends, labor laws, and best practices, ensuring facility compliance at all times.

• Handle performance management, including conducting evaluations, addressing performance issues, and developing improvement plans.

• Assist in developing and maintaining a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and excellence.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.

• Compassionate and patient-centered attitude toward working with residents and staff.

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
