MedTech Device Field Collection Associate - Madison, WI

Our MedTech Device Field Collection Associate will collect reprocessed medical equipment in hospitals, working with surgical, non‑invasive, and vascular equipment in areas such as Operating Rooms and Sterile Processing Departments. This role offers a flexible schedule, supplemental income, and the chance to grow within the medical device industry.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned hospitals weekly to collect products to be reprocessed
• Package and ship product to the client manufacturing plant
• Document and log daily collection totals
• Notify the local Sales team of shipping supply needs
• Appropriate PPE is provided to all employees prior to assignments
• Available to work approximately 32 hours a week
• Training for this role will be provided and is paid

A required function of this job requires individuals to enter various healthcare facilities. Thus, upon selection, individuals must complete healthcare facility credentialing processes and meet the immunization requirements specified by the facility. Typical requirements include : Measles, Mumps & Rubella vaccine; Varicella vaccine; Negative TB test; Tdap vaccine; Hepatitis B vaccine; Influenza vaccine (seasonal); and COVID‑19 vaccine primary series (some facilities require boosters). Potential base pay range for this role is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary based on qualifications, location, schedule, incentive plans, bonuses, and other compensation.
