Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Engineer Lead Specialist to join our team in a senior technical leadership capacity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting designing and developing scalable web applications and services across both frontend and backend layers. This role requires strong hands-on development expertise the ability to drive engineering best practices and proven success leading complex software development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end application development across frontend and backend systems ensuring scalability high availability and performance.

Design and develop microservices RESTful APIs and distributed application architecture.

Build responsive and dynamic front-end interfaces with modern JavaScript frameworks.

Collaborate closely with product owners architects and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Oversee code reviews enforce quality standards and mentor engineering team members.

Drive CI / CD implementation automated testing deployment and release management.

Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement long-term solutions.

Participate in architectural decision-making and contribute to technology roadmap planning.

Ensure security best practices application monitoring and system reliability.

Manage project priorities timelines risk mitigation and delivery execution.

Required Qualifications

12 years of strong professional experience as a full stack engineer developing enterprise-scale applications.

Expertise with backend technologies such as Java Python .

Strong experience with frontend frameworks such as React Angular or .

Advanced knowledge of database technologies including SQL (PostgreSQL MySQL SQL Server) and NoSQL (MongoDB Cassandra DynamoDB).

Hands-on experience building microservices and RESTful APIs.

Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP.

Proven experience implementing and managing CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins GitLab GitHub Actions or similar).

Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker Kubernetes).

Experience with unit testing automated testing frameworks and debugging tools.

Excellent communication leadership problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with GraphQL Kafka event-driven architecture or serverless technologies.

Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and Site Reliability Engineering principles.

Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.

Prior experience in leading or mentoring engineering teams.

Familiarity with secure coding standards and performance optimization techniques.

Exposure to UI / UX collaboration and design workflows.
