Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) or credentials as a CNA, HHA, LVN / LPN, or RN.Ability and willingness to commit to at least two shifts weekly with the same client(s) to ensure consistent care and build strong relationships.Basic proficiency in English speaking, reading, and writing (bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply).Complete any required compliance, licensing, or registration prerequisites.
