How you'll contribute :

A Front Desk Representative within the Family Practice department, who excels in this role :

• Assumes responsibility for the efficient, productive, and professional operation of the front office. Duties include checking in, co-pay collection, and appointment call reminders.
• Manages telephone and patient reception, scheduling of patients, collecting patient demographic and insurance information.
• Maintaining non-clinical supplies and receiving / documenting patient payments.
• Comfortable working with 30-45 patients throughout the day.

Schedule : This position is a full-time, benefited position. Working hours are day shift general business hours, 40 hours per week.
