What You'll Do

Lead and mentor a team of dedicated mortgage processors to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant files.

Host engaging team meetings that keep communication flowing, goals aligned, and energy high.

Create and deliver training sessions that empower your team to stay sharp, confident, and ahead of the curve.

Collaborate with underwriting, closing, and sales teams to keep loans moving smoothly from start to finish.

Review files for accuracy and quality - because you know the details matter.

Look for ways to make things faster, smoother, and better - we love new ideas!

Stay current on industry changes, agency updates, and investor guidelines.

What You Bring

At least 4 years of mortgage processing experience, including time in a lead supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loan programs. A coaching mindset - you love helping others learn, grow, and succeed.

Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

A positive, can-do attitude with a knack for motivating a team.
