Job Description
This position is the for the future Fort Wayne Hospital that opens in May 2027. Until the hospital opens, this position would work at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, Indiana. Come learn and group with us!

About this position :
- Full time, Night Shift
- Plus a Night Shift Pay Differential included
- Every 3rd weekend and Holiday rotation
- New Hire Bonus of up to $30,000 to Eligible External Candidates
- Relocation Bonus of up to $10,000 available to Eligible External Candidates based on location

- Referral Eligible Position
Our Respiratory Therapists (RT) work closely with our patients to evaluate and treat patients with cardiopulmonary disorders ranging in modalities and demographics. We are also responsible for collaborating with various different entities in the hospital setting including nurses, Advanced Respiratory Therapists, and Clinical Specialists to ensure total customer happiness and support.
Requirements :
Outside of working with groundbreaking technologies and therapies, our RTs get the opportunity to grow their medical knowledge and skills. They do this by working closely with patients and team members to build personalized therapies. Along with endless opportunities for continued advancement, our Respiratory teams also have a phenomenal promotional ladder within IU Health to continue their professional advancement.
