Key Responsibilities

Manage the full podcast production lifecycle, including planning, recording, editing, and publishing

Create and distribute high-quality audio, video, and social media content

Track performance metrics to inform content strategy and improvement

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; education in audio production or related field preferred

6-12 months of relevant experience in media, marketing, or content creation

Ability to operate audio and video recording equipment and edit using professional software

Familiarity with basic motion graphics and using analytics for content performance

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
