Enrollment Coordinator

A company is looking for an Enrollment Coordinator to manage the enrollment of health plan members into the CKD program.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to engage and educate members on the CKD program and its benefits

Meet or exceed enrollment and engagement goals while ensuring compliance with company policies

Determine eligibility for plan members and obtain necessary information for enrollment completion

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in patient support, customer service, call center, or sales

Strong track record of meeting performance goals

High school diploma or GED

Ability to work Monday - Friday from 10 : 00 AM to 6 : 30 PM Central Time

Positive and compassionate professional approach, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
