Your Role as a BCBA :

In this vital position, you will empower clients and their families through high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy. Collaborate with a supportive team to guide your work and make a lasting impact.

Your Responsibilities Include :

• Conducting client intakes, assessments (including functional analyses), and creating individualized treatment plans
• Overseeing behavior technicians while providing training and constructive feedback
• Monitoring client progress via data review and regular reassessments
• Leading parent training sessions and maintaining ongoing family communication
• Collaborating with clinical leadership on programming and curriculum development
• Participating in team meetings to foster a positive workplace culture
• Providing supervision of behavior technicians with a minimum of 20% of your time dedicated to this
• Facilitating parent / family engagement sessions outlined in treatment plans
• Designing 1 : 1 behavioral intervention programs for clients

Qualifications We're Seeking :

• Active BCBA certification (in good standing with the BACB)
• Master's degree in ABA or a related field
• A deep passion for compassionate, client-centered care
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• A commitment to ethical, evidence-based practices

Schedule & Location :

Monday to Friday with optional Saturday hours, telehealth options available.
