We are looking for a positive energetic Recruiter to join our amazing team. This role is far from one-dimensional and requires a broad knowledge of active recruiting techniques and strategy, we are looking for a hunter. Someone who can identify and recruit passive candidates to support our growth initiative. In support of our growth initiative our primary focus is sales recruiting. Our ideal candidate has a proven record in identifying and recruiting sales talent from novice to seasoned sales professionals. What You'll Be Doing

• Developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies
• Head Hunting - recruiting for passive candidate's w/ a focus on sales talent
• Sourcing, cold calling, lead generation
• Screen and interview
• Coordinating interviews with hiring managers, managing the logistics of the interview process
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, providing regular communication
• Succession plan recruiting
• Track and report on recruiting metric
• Manage job postings and job boards
• Market & Industry Research

Requirements

• Proven experience in active recruiting/head hunting; cold calling, sourcing, lead generation
• Experience in identifying and attracting sales talent from novice to seasoned sales professionals through various channels
• Evaluating company products and services toward creating an accurate salesperson profile
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management skills
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Aptitude in problem-solving and adaptability
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
