A company is looking for a Recruiter (Creative + Content).
Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for Creative and Content roles, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
Source and engage candidates through various methods, including outbound outreach and networking
Partner with hiring managers to define roles and maintain communication throughout the hiring process
Required Qualifications
3-4 years of recruiting experience in an integrated advertising or creative agency environment
Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes independently
Experience hiring for creative, client services, and social media roles
Familiarity with ATS systems, preferably Workday Recruiting
Highly organized with strong follow-through
