Required Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience within a surgical specialty.
• Current BLS certification.
• Proficiency in sterile techniques and surgical procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have Skills:

• ACLS certification.
• Certification as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST).
• Experience in plastic, reconstructive, or cosmetic surgery settings.
• Prior experience working in a multi-disciplinary surgical team.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist is preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant surgical technologist experience in a specialty setting.

Other Requirements:

• No local candidates within 50 miles.
• Availability to work scheduled hours from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM.
• Willingness to work 13-week assignments.
• Valid licensure, certification, or travel reimbursements when applicable.
• Overnights in ERU capability preferable.
