Local Dry Van Drivers

• Drivers average $1,300 per week*
• Base pay: $20 - $26 per hour depending on location
• Safety and performance bonuses
• Home daily!
• Day and night shifts available depending on location
• Day Cab trucks
• Operating within a 250-mile radius of Davenport, IA + Dubuque, IA
• Hiring in: Dubuque, IA; Quad Cities, IA; Des Moines, IA; Edgerton, KS

Flex Dry Van Drivers

• Drivers average $1,400 per week*
• Base pay: $23 per hour
• Earn an additional $1 per hour in safety and performance bonuses
• Home 3+ nights per week
• 6 AM - 8 AM start times
• Monday - Friday schedule
• Hiring in: Indianapolis, IN + Lockbourne, OH

OTR Dry Van Drivers

• Drivers average $1,750 per week*
• Base pay: 47 CPM
• Earn an additional 17 CPM in safety + performance bonuses
• Get home weekly to monthly, depending on location
• Additional pay for weekend availability (Weekend Warrior package)
• More than 60% drop + hook
• Primarily operating in the Midwest
• Up to $5,000 driver referral bonus (OTR only)

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 2+ years tractor-trailer experience
• No DUIs in the last 5 years
• Must be 23 years of age or older
