This is a training-focused role, perfect for someone looking to start a career in construction estimating with full support and guidance.

What You’ll Do :

• Assist senior estimators with project takeoffs and estimates for insulation projects
• Attend company-paid training classes to develop estimating skills
• Learn to provide accurate and detailed project estimates
• Visit construction sites safely and efficiently as part of the estimating process
• Communicate clearly with team members and clients, both verbally and in writing
