A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing scrum team of full-stack web developers and engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Continuously improve team culture and processes to maintain productive engineers

Oversee the planning, execution, and success of complex technical projects

Provide technical leadership in architecture and design decisions while mentoring team members

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

5+ years of professional experience in software development

1+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role

Proficiency in Javascript / Typescript and experience with web-focused programming languages

Hands-on experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
