Job Title : Psychiatrist – Geriatric Focus (Collaborative Agreements)

Location : Pennsylvania (Hybrid or On-site Options Available)

Employment Type : Full-Time or Part-Time

Reports To : Medical Director / Chief Operating Officer

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist licensed in Pennsylvania to provide high-quality psychiatric care to geriatric patients across a variety of clinical settings.

In addition to direct patient care, this position will serve as a collaborating psychiatrist for nurse practitioners and physician assistants under Pennsylvania’s collaborative agreement regulations. The role combines clinical leadership , supervision , and interdisciplinary teamwork , ensuring compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health care for older adults.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations , medication management , and treatment planning for geriatric patients (typically age 60+).
• Provide ongoing supervision and collaborative oversight for psychiatric NPs and / or PAs, in compliance with Pennsylvania Board of Medicine and Board of Nursing requirements.
• Maintain and review collaborative agreements , ensuring availability for consultation per legal and organizational policy.
• Work closely with primary care providers , social workers , therapists , and nursing staff to coordinate and optimize patient care.
• Participate in case reviews , quality improvement initiatives , and interdisciplinary team meetings .
• Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation within the EMR system.
• Stay current on developments in geriatric psychiatry , psychopharmacology , and collaborative supervision best practices .
