Job Description

Position Summary :  Covenant Case Management Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Day Program DSP to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with disabilities and a strong understanding of behavioral support. This position offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our members.

Responsibilities :

  • Implement individualized support plans, including behavioral interventions and ABA techniques.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
  • Tube feedings, bathing toileting, dressing, wheelchair transfers, mobility assistance, med admin, seizure training necessary, turning / positioning to maintain skin integrity. Home is supported with ceiling lift (for transferring) and ramp, and bath chair.
  • Facilitate recreational and leisure activities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with total care clients
  • Strong understanding of behavioral support and ABA principles.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

    • Schedule :

  • Day Shift, Contract
  • 12 hours / week, Respite as needed
  • Tues- 3 : 30-8pm, Thurs- 3 : 30-8pm, Sat- 8am-Noon, Sun- 8am-12 : 30pm
