What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.

Monitor access and visitor sign-in processes to help to deter unauthorized entry into the healthcare location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the healthcare environment.

Assist with emergency response activities as directed, including communication with appropriate personnel and / or authorities.

Maintain a professional presence at the front desk to help to deter unwanted activity and provide information or assistance as needed.

Document and report security-related incidents or unusual activity according to site and Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
