Key Responsibilities

• Act as a visible and approachable resource for employees and supervisors.
• Lead recruitment processes for both hourly and salaried positions, from job postings to extending offers.
• Facilitate an exceptional onboarding experience for new hires.
• Provide coaching to leaders on performance management, communication, and employee engagement strategies.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, and EEO.
• Assist with payroll, timekeeping, and attendance to ensure accurate processing.
• Collaborate with EHS and plant leadership to promote a safety-first culture.
• Drive employee engagement through recognition programs and cultural initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of HR laws and compliance standards.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems, with a preference for Workday experience.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts and be present on the production floor.
• Leadership qualities with an approachable personality and the ability to influence others.
