Hourly : $35 $43 / hr DOE

Overview

The Operations Manager supports both day-to-day operational functions and core financial activities. This role ensures smooth workflow across departments, maintains accurate financial reporting, and strengthens internal processes. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing operational oversight with accounting responsibilities. This position plays a key role in coordinating resources, improving efficiency, and supporting leadership with data-driven decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, accounting, or a blended role
• Experience supporting operational workflows with basic financial tracking and documentation.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional workflows and support daily operational needs

Job Type & Location : This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vallejo, CA.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $43.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
