A reputable South Florida hospital system is seeking two Oncology Pharmacist Specialists to join its growing oncology services. Position Overview:Two distinct oncology pharmacist roles are open, each requiring hospital or health-system oncology experience. While BCOP certification is preferred, it is not mandatory for either role.

Role 1 Oncology Research Pharmacist

• Supports oncology research initiatives and clinical trials
• Manages investigational drug protocols in collaboration with physicians and research teams
• Prior research experience is highly valued

Role 2 Clinical Oncology Pharmacist

• Requires Epic Beacon certification
• Oversees oncology order verification, protocol development, and clinical workflow optimization
• Plays an integral part in chemotherapy management and interdisciplinary patient care

Desired Qualifications:

• Proven oncology pharmacy experience in hospital or health system settings
• Strong understanding of oncology protocols and chemotherapy management
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• For Role 2, Epic Beacon certification is required
• BCOP certification is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based oncology pharmacy care
• Ensure compliance with clinical trial protocols and investigational drug handling (Role 1)
• Verify and build oncology protocols within Epic system (Role 2)
• Provide clinical support for chemotherapy and interdisciplinary team coordination
• Contribute to clinical advancement and patient safety initiatives
