Spanish-Speaking Research Manager

A company is looking for a Research Manager (Fluent in Spanish).

Key Responsibilities

Provide direction and quality oversight for client research engagements

Guide research strategy and ensure alignment with organizational standards

Collaborate with internal researchers and partners for effective project execution

Required Qualifications

Fluent in Spanish, with strong reading, writing, and speaking skills

Experienced in genealogical research, particularly in Mexico, Cuba, Puerto Rico, or Texas

Ability to manage 30-60 ongoing client projects

Comfortable working in a billable-hours environment

Skilled in producing research journals and reports in both English and Spanish
