As a Senior Compliance Analyst, you will monitor regulator requests and help oversee all contract deliverables to ensure timely responses to our Medicaid Regulators. You will be an integral part of our C&S Compliance Regulatory Account Management Team.

If you live near Phoenix, AZ, you will enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid-remote role as you take on some tough challenges.

This position will be a telecommute and at least two days a month will be onsite in our Phoenix, Arizona office and will work closely with the Arizona health plan.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Support the collection of data for regulatory filings, coordinate, develop and share reports with internal stakeholders, utilize internal systems for tracking and monitoring
  • Coordinate the tracking and timely submission of all contract deliverables and ad hoc requests
  • Manage and coordinate responses to regulatory inquiries
  • Assist with any required audit requests from regulatory entities
  • Establish, mandate and implement standard policies, procedures and best practices across our team to promote compliance with applicable contractual obligations
  • Work with the Arizona Compliance Officer to support fraud, waste and abuse referrals to regulatory agencies as needed
  • You will be responsible for monitoring, ensuring timely and accurate responses to regulatory requests and standing contract deliverables in the Arizona Medicaid Market

    Required Qualifications :

  • Five+ years of experience working in a government, legal, health care, managed care and / or health insurance environment in a regulatory, privacy or compliance role
  • Three+ years of experience communicating complex information via phone conversations and emails to non-technical clients, external customers, internal customers and executives
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
  • Must reside in the state of Arizona
  • Must live within a commutable distance to Phoenix, AZ and be willing and able to work in the office at least two days per month
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience interacting and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders (other team members, internal customers and executives)
  • Knowledge of regulator requests, contract deliverables and be able to deliver results within expected timeframes
  • Experience working with state regulatory agencies
  • Experience with providing guidance / training on regulatory and / or state specific requirements and influence without direct authority

  • Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
