Automotive Technician

Seeking a self-motivated, experienced mechanic to join our small, high-volume general automotive repair shop team in Independence. The ideal candidate is both a team player and independently self-driven to complete high-quality repairs while maximizing efficiency.

Our goal is to get the job done right the first time and to be as productive as possible. Our customers rely on us and we rely on them! Willing to train and mentor the right person.

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive repair experience
• Self-motivated
• Strong work ethic
• Available Monday through Saturday
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Desire to learn hands-on
• Ability to independently identify and repair problems is a plus
