Do you have hands-on HR experience and a working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now? This is the role for you!
Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a leading Mechanical Services company in Round Rock to find a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator. In this role, you will manage HR processes for several hundred employees, including maintaining accurate HR data, supporting onboarding and offboarding, assisting payroll, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Your expertise in ADP Workforce Now and HR administration will be key to keeping the team running smoothly.

Position : HR Coordinator
Location : Round Rock, TX
Work Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 PM
Pay Rate : $25.00-$27.00 per hour DOE
What You'll Do :
- Manage full-cycle onboarding for new hires, including applications, I-9 documentation, offer letters, and background checks.
- Conduct thorough offboarding, ensuring all company property is returned and final paychecks are processed promptly.
- Process status changes, such as promotions and raises, accurately and timely.
- Enter new hire data into payroll and benefits systems, maintaining high accuracy.
- Utilize E-Verify to verify employment eligibility.
- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation sessions.
- Manage uniform orders for employees.
- Serve as a point of contact for field employees regarding HR questions.
- Support payroll and assist with administrative HR tasks and special projects.
