Salary : $50,000 - $54,000

Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Cash Applications Specialist to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately applying incoming payments to customer accounts, ensuring timely and precise reconciliation of transactions, and supporting the overall efficiency of the accounts receivable process.

Key Responsibilities :

Process and apply customer payments (checks, wire transfers, ACH, credit cards) to appropriate accounts and invoices in ERP systems.

Reconcile bank statements with internal financial records.

Identify and resolve payment discrepancies, short pays, and unapplied cash.

Communicate with customers, internal teams, and banks to resolve payment-related issues.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of all cash application transactions.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash application reports.

Qualifications :

2+ years of experience in cash application, accounts receivable, or related finance role.

Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
