Description

Gathering technical requirements from JDIRs and command-wide stakeholders to ensure holistic coverage

• Developing high-level operational and system views (e.g., DoDAF OV-1, OV-2, SV-1)
• Establishing baseline technical parameters (throughput, latency, resilience, scalability) aligned with mission objectives
• Producing traceability matrices linking KPPs Big Rs little r's, with decomposition down to system level
• Ensuring requirements capture aligns with DoD standards (MOSA, C4ISR interoperability, RMF considerations)
