What You'll Do

As a Weekend Nurse (RN), you'll provide exceptional care to our residents under the guidance of their physicians and our nursing leadership team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions
• Performing essential nursing tasks such as IV therapy, wound care, respiratory services, and more
• Documenting care using our electronic medical record system
• Supervising and coaching nursing assistants and aides
• Ensuring compliance with all safety and infection control standards
• Supporting resident choice and dignity in care planning and daily living

What We're Looking For

• Active RN license in North Carolina
• Passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care
• Ability to work 16-hour shifts every Saturday and Sunday
