Salesforce Developer - Contract - Hybrid (Pleasanton, CA)

Responsibilities / Skills :

• Perform development activities in Salesforce .
• Work closely with business partners to understand business processes, goals, and gaps.
• Design and develop reusable LWC components adhering to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
• Implement complex user interactions and dynamic UI elements using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS within the LWC framework.
• Utilize LWC features like data binding, event handling, and lifecycle hooks to build efficient and performant components.
• Write Apex classes and triggers to handle server-side logic and data manipulation required by LWC components.
• Responsible for understanding business requirements, creating / refining user stories, and partnering with the Development team to deliver a solution and a plan for projects & enhancements
• Participate in the change management and go live support processes.
• Coordinate and perform system testing to ensure requirements are met.
• Work closely with the business team during user acceptance testing (UAT); including tracking issues through to resolution and securing end user acceptance sign-off.
• Preferred certifications :
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
• Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer
