Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support children with autism through high-quality, compassionate Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. Our BCBAs play a key role in developing individualized treatment plans, supporting families, and mentoring clinical team members—all within a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
This position is ideal for a BCBA who values ethical care, meaningful outcomes, and strong clinical support.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Oversee and supervise ABA services for assigned clients
Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and ongoing support to BTs and RBTs
Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment adjustments
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
Ensure services meet BACB ethical standards and organizational guidelines
Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and reports
Requirements
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Prior experience supervising BTs / RBTs preferred
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities

Requirements
