Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer service calls and assist callers with their questions and concerns
Facilitate issue resolution by referring matters to experts or escalating to supervisors as needed
Communicate with other departments to ensure proper handling of patient accounts and perform various assigned duties
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
0-2 years of prior relevant experience
Advanced computer skills and knowledge of medical terminology
Basic math / bookkeeping skills
Ability to adapt to changing tasks efficiently
