Summary
Carries out supervisory and recruiting responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. Serves as the primary point of contact for both employees and clients, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and workforce management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison with clients regarding daily operations and workforce needs.
• Recruits, interviews, selects, hires, and terminates employees as needed.
• Conducts reference checks and reviews medical questionnaires and background checks for completeness.
• Facilitates new hire orientation and ensures completion of all new hire documentation.
• Prepares and submits new hire, termination, and pay rate change forms for processing.
• Tracks and monitors employee daily attendance and overall workforce reliability.
• Addresses employee concerns, investigates complaints, and works toward resolution.
• Compiles and submits safety observation reports to management.
• Participates in investigations of workplace accidents and injuries; submits reports to HR.
• Tracks medical appointments and follow-ups for injured employees.
• Assists HR with unemployment claim investigations and related compliance matters.
• Maintains accurate workforce records and supports administration with employee data.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, or site coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Knowledge of HR processes including onboarding, compliance, and employee relations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
